Educational Qualification
General Manager:
- Any Graduation with 1st class from reputed institute / university Degree with Master’s degree: MBA or PGDM or PGDBA from reputed institute / university in the field of Marketing / Finance / HR with special emphasis on Strategic Business Development and General Management aspect or Professional qualifications like CA/ICWA / CFA with Management Exposure
- Minimum 15 years of working experience post qualification in a position as lead fr Commercial, Corporate Affairs and HR
Manager:
- Master of Planning specializing in Urban & Regional Planning / Industrial Area Planning & Management / Housing / Environmental Planning / Infrastructure Planning from recognized University.
- Minimum of 7 years of working experience post qualification in Urban / Infrastructure / Industrial Area Planning and Developments
Assistant Manager:
- The candidate should be a Graduate or Post Graduate in Environmental Planning / Environmental Engineering / Environmental Service. The Candidates should possess certificate in Post Graduate / Diploma in Industrial Safety or Advance Diploma Industrial Safety.
- Minimum of 4 years of working experience post qualification in above mentioned degrees
Age limit
- GM: Candidates shall be below 50 years of age
- AM: Candidate shall be below 35 years of age
- Manager: Candidate shall be below 40 years of age
Selection Process
Final Selection will be based on personal interview.
