Education Qualification
Town Planner
- Degree in Architecture or in Civil Engineering from a recognized University or Institution or its equivalent qualifications recognized by the Government
- A degree or Diploma in City/Town Regional Planning awarded by a
- recognized University or Institution or obtained by examination of the
- institute of Town Planner in India.
- Have about 07 years experience in Town Planning on a responsible post,
- gained after obtaining the above qualifications
- CCC+
- Not be more than 45 years of age.
Executive Engineer
- graduate in Civil Engineering
- At least 5 years experience in a comparable responsible position.
- Not be more than 35 years of age.
Director
- B.Sc. Agriculture
- Post Graduate training in Horticulture.
- Experience of work for five years on a responsible position.
- Not be more than 35 years of age.

- Town Planner : Pay Matrix 78,800 – 2,09,200
- Executive Engineer : Pay Matrix 67,700 – 2,08,700
- Director Pay: Matrix 67,700 – 2,08,700
